With today’s second option you can upgrade to include a mouth-watering two course dinner in The Bridge Restaurant. Choose from a brasserie style menu including starters like ham hock terrine with sourdough and piccalilli, and haggis tempura followed by mains of grilled Barnsley lamb chop and fondant potato, and roasted chicken breast with gnocchi pea veloute.
