- Chicken korma: diced boneless chicken served with rich creamy coco sauce
- Lamb or chicken madras: dishes cooked with sour & spice sauce, curry leaves & mustard seeds

- Daal Makhani: mix of beans & lentils cooked overnight on a very slow heat, finished with churned butter & fresh cream
