- Tartare of Hopetoun Estate venison with fig dressing, white beetroot and hazelnut
- Newhaven lobster with Orkney scallop mousse, Caramelle pasta, sweetcorn and lobster bisque
- First of the season Perthshire girolles mushrooms with pearl barley, cured pork cheek and egg yolk
Mains
- Torched Newhaven mackerel with fried panisse, smoked aubergine and green olive
- St Brides chicken Balmoral with a selection of Fife turnips and roast chicken jus
- Aged Angus sirloin with braised short rib, herb crusted sweet onion and red wine sauce

The Kitchin

- Voucher is valid from Tue 21 Jul 2026 until Wed 21 Jul 2027, Tue - Fri 12noon - 2pm & 6pm - 8pm; subject to availability.
- Excludes Sat - Mon.
- Email bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Wed 14 Jul 2027 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- If you change your mind or can't get the date you want, contact us within 14 days of purchasing your voucher and we'll issue a full refund.
- Once confirmed, bookings cannot be cancelled but number of guests may be amended subject to availability, Min 8 / Max 20 people.
- 3 course option: Package includes per person: 3 courses (starter, main & dessert) from a set menu.
- 4 course option: Package includes per person: 4 courses (starter, main, dessert & cheese course) from a set menu.
- Menus are subject to change.
- Any supplements will be clearly stated on the menu; payable direct.
- Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available.
- Wheelchair access available.
- No children under 5 permitted. Please note no children's menu is available for children 5+.
- A large car park is available right in front of the restaurant for all diners from 6pm onwards, free of charge.
- A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
- Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Absolutely top grade experience . Food and staff all exceptional! Wonderful lunch 3 course set menu with plenty of choices . Extra pre course dishes all served with full explanation of ingredients and beautifully presented. All the staff from entrance to exit were very professional and friendly. Special mention to Steve who was particularly attentive and helpful. The food was excellent and accompanying drinks suggested. All four of us felt the same , we could not fault in any way and will be returning. Excellent!
