• Voucher is valid from Wed 22 Oct 2025 until Sun 29 Mar 2026, Wed - Thu 4pm - 8:30pm, Fri - Sat 12noon - 8:30pm, Sun 12noon - 8pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mon - Tue, 25-26, 31 Dec 2025, 1-7 Jan, 14 Feb & 15 Mar 2026. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 20 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Options 1 & 2: Includes a flight of 3 x 100ml glasses of house red, white or rose wine each.
• Option 3: Includes a bottle of house red, white or rose wine to share.
• Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Options 1 & 3: Includes a cheeseboard to share. Vegan, gluten / wheat free options are not available. 
• Options 2 & 3: Includes a charcuterie board to share. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are not available. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• No children permitted. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
