• Voucher is valid from Sat 3 Jan 2026 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, Mon & Wed 9.30am - 1.30pm, Tue 4pm - 7pm, Fri 9.30am - 12.30pm & Sat 9am - 2pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Thu & Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatments are suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. Please advise at time of booking so massage can be adapted to a pregnancy massage.
• Treatment is not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission unless in remission for at least 6 months.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1: Duration approx. 20 mins. Includes an express facial or back, neck & shoulder massage.
• Option 2: Duration approx. 40 mins. Includes a back, neck & shoulder massage plus a salt scrub.
• Option 3: Duration approx. 60 mins. Includes 3 x 20 min express treatments.
• Option 4: Duration approx. 80 mins plus a 15 min consultation. Includes 1 x 60 min treatment (full body massage or essential vitamin facial) and 1 x 20 min express treatment (back, neck & shoulder massage or express facial).
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Limited wheelchair access available; please discuss directly.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
