• Voucher is valid from Tue 8 Jul until Fri 29 Aug 2025, Mon - Fri at 10.15am, 11.45am, 1pm, 2.15pm & 3.30pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Aug 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 3 days of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 8+. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult with a valid voucher.
• Duration approx. 1hr.
• Min 2 / Max 8 people per booking.
• Includes choice of soft or hot drink each.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
