• Diners will watch professional chefs cook and prepare their food before tucking into a fantastic four-course tasting menu
• Guests are invited to arrive for drinks at 7.30pm before settling down to dine in the Cook School's intimate dining room at 8pm
• Owned and created by Edinburgh-born Martin Wishart who has firmly established himself as one of the UK’s most highly respected chefs 
• Martin Wishart also owns and operates Restaurant Martin Wishart which is a culinary giant with 4 AA Rosettes, a Michelin star and is rated as the 43rd best restaurant in the UK by The Good Food Guide

• Muscade pumpkin royale with hazelnut and buttermilk (amuse-bouche)
• Ceviche of sliced Orkney scallop accompanied by tuna tartare, quinoa and pickled autumn vegetables
• Smoked haddock and dauphine potatoes, served with a Russian salad
• Roast pheasant breast served with spicy lentils and Simon Martin chorizo
• Caramelised Braeburn apple sable crumble
