• Advance booking required; vouchers must be booked by Mon 1 Dec 2025 (we don't want you to miss out!)
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Duration approx. 2hrs 30mins.
• Buffet lunch starts at 2.30pm, followed by the show at 3pm.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat or dairy free options are available. Please advise at time of booking.
• Suitable for all ages; children are classed as ages 14 and under; 15 years and over require adult ticket.
• Under 2’s go free; please advise of any infants at time of booking.
• Wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• You can use your paperless ticket from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.
• Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
