Is tax and tip included?

While tax is included in the overall cost of your voucher, a service charge is not and it would be at your discretion to leave a tip on the day.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

I am wondering where to leave feedback about this deal.
It was very poor.. Despite booking as per the specification and that booking being acknowledged the restaurant did not expect our arrival.
Your description of cheese scones was very misleading- we had half a scone between us.

What to expect

Afternoon tea for two with optional Prosecco

Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Oct 2019 until Sat 30 Nov 2019, Fri - Wed, 3pm – 4pm, Thur 3pm – 6pm; subject to availability.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Nov 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 4 members per 2 vouchers.

Afternoon tea only; subject to change.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Option 2: Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Please note the restaurant closes at 5pm Fri – Wed and 7pm on Thur.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
