Questions and answers

if the deal is sold out, why is it still being advertised a) in the list at the left hand side, and b) in the daily email? I love itison deals, especially for trying out restaurants, but you got my hopes up for this one again (I saw it was sold out last night), and I still can't get one!

I'm very sorry to hear that you missed out on this deal - all itison deals are available until they either sell out, or expire, and I'm afraid this particular deal sold out very quickly!

However, please be advised that we do work very closely with all of our deal providers, and so hopefully we will be able to offer something similar at some point in the near future.

What to expect

Two curry or chicken main courses with coconut rice for two

Voucher is valid until 6th March 2013; subject to availability.

Deal is valid: Mon-Sat 12noon-1.30pm & 5pm-7pm, Sun 5pm-7pm.

Last booking 1.30pm for lunch and 7pm for dinner.

One voucher per couple, max 2 vouchers per table.

£3 supplement to choose any beef or prawn dish, or dish with sambal sauce/rendang sauce.

Deal excludes: duck dishes 151-153, fish dishes 408-411 & classic malaysian hawker food 901-910.

Gluten free and vegetarian dishes available - please advise when booking.

All meat is Halal.

Wheelchair access.

Children welcome at all times, high chairs and childrens menus provided.

Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation.

Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
