• Voucher is valid from Mon 23 Jun until Fri 29 Aug 2025, Mon- Thu 12noon - 7.30pm, Fri 12noon - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sat & Sun. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 22 Aug 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only; voucher code must be provided to confirm the booking.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Voucher not valid in conjunction with other offers.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 1 voucher per dome. Please discuss directly if your group is larger than voucher covers.
• Option 1: Includes a bottle of Prosecco or a bucket of beers to share. 
• Option 2: Includes 2 bottles of Prosecco or a large bucket of beers to share
• Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Domes are required back after 1hr 30mins until 2.15pm and after 2hrs 15mins until 7.30pm.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
