Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thu 9 Jul until Mon 30 Nov 2026, Sun - Fri, 1pm - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Saturdays.
• Email bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Nov 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Max of 4 people per table. 
• Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free and dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 
• Prosecco option: Includes 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Table required back after 2 hours. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
