Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thu 11 Dec 2025 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, 7 days, 10am - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 24-26, 31 Dec 2025, 1, 5 Jan 2026. 
• A supplementary charge of £20pp is required for Saturday bookings; payable direct.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24hrs in advance and by Mon 9 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 6 per person.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.
• Some treatments may not be suitable or may require adaptations during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission; please discuss directly when booking.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. 
• Treatment duration: approx. 50mins. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to fill in a consultation form.
• Includes afternoon tea; menu subject to change. Vegetarian options are available. Gluten / wheat free options are not available.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
