• Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Dec 2018 until Thurs 28 Mar 2019, Sun - Fri; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays and 24 - 31 Dec 2018, 1 - 7 Jan 2019 and 8 - 14 Feb 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Sun 17 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.   
• A valid debit or credit card is required to hold as security and secure all bookings.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin standard or executive room in Auchrannie House Hotel or Auchrannie Spa Resort; you will be given the option of which building you would like to stay in at time of booking.
• Please note rooms are subject to availability and allocated on a first come first served basis.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner option includes a £22.50 per person dinner allowance towards food only in a choice of 3 restaurants: Cruize, Brambles or Eighteen69; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options available; menus are subject to change.
• Includes access to leisure facilities, mini bus transfers to and from Brodick ferry terminal (must be pre-booked) & playbarn access for children under 10yrs.
• Max of 3 children permitted and require the following supplementary charges, prices include playbarn and leisure access;
  Room only option: 0-10 years £7.50 per child, 11-17 years £10 per child; payable directly to hotel.
  Dinner bed and breakfast option: 0-2 years £13.65 per child, 3-10 years £19.65 per child and 11–17 years £24.95 per child; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 2 dogs permitted and require a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per night (max £30 per stay). Please advise hotel at time of booking to be allocated a dog friendly room.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
