• Voucher is valid from Fri 28 Nov until Wed 24 Dec 2025, 7 days, 12.30pm - 4.30pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 17 Dec 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Telephone bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 8 people/4 vouchers per table.
• Includes festive afternoon tea and choice of tea or coffee; menu subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Option 2: Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 1hrs 30mins.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
