• Voucher is valid from Tue 2 Dec 2025 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Lead rein: Sessions are held between 10am - 3pm.
• Hack: Sessions are held at 9.30am and 10.30am.
• Excludes 24-31 Dec 2025, 1-4 Jan & 16-20 Feb 2026.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Tue 17 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Lead rein: Suitable for ages 4-10yrs. Duration approx. 30 mins. Min height 1.10m, max weight - 14 stone.
• Hack: Suitable for ages 10+. Duration approx. 45 mins. Max of 6 people per group. Min height 1.40m, max weight - 14 stone.
• Hack: Choice of beginner, intermediate or advanced sessions available; beginner hacks will stay at a walking speed, intermediate or advanced riders should discuss directly with the riding centre at 07730671442.
• Long trousers and closed toe shoes must be worn.
• Helmet and body protector will be provided.
• No wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
