• Voucher is valid until Thurs 4 Feb 2016; Sun - Thurs; subject to availability.

• Voucher excludes Wed 23 Dec 2015 to Sun 3 Jan 2016.
• Vouchers must be booked by Sat 16 Jan 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Sorry, pets are not permitted. 
• Children permitted; 0-1 years old can stay free of charge. Aged 2-11 years old are additional £15 for one night or £25 for two nights (includes 3hr session in Big Country, breakfast & children's high tea per night), aged 12-16 years are additional £30 for one night or £55 for 2 nights (includes 2 course dinner in meikle or £20 allocation in restaurant of your choice per night). Max of 2 children permitted, however supplementary rooms for larger families available on request.

• Double rooms only.
• Upgrades may be available to executive family rooms, please discuss with Crieff Hydro at time of booking. 
• Multiple vouchers can be used for consecutive night stays and stays may be extended for an additional charge. Please discuss with Crieff Hydro at time of booking. 
• 2 course dinner each in Meikle Restaurant or dining credit of £20 per person in any of the hotel's other restaurants. Menus can be viewed here
• Leisure access includes the Lagoon Pool and gym. Sorry, access to the Victorian Spa isn't included. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Bookings are non-transferable, however can be amended to different dates up to 7 days prior to arrival. Vouchers are non-refundable for cancellations. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
