• Voucher is valid from Fri 2 Jan 2026 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, Mon - Sat 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability. Voucher must be booked at least 24hrs in advance and by Fri 13 Mar 2026.
• Excludes Sundays & 14 Feb 2026.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Option 1 & 4: Includes a scone and hot drink each.
• Option 2-3 & 5-6: Includes afternoon tea from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise at time of booking.
• Option 3 & 6: Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Table required back after 2 hours.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
