• Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Excludes 11-12 Feb 2022.
• A supplementary charge of £30 per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 17 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Stay in a deluxe double or twin room.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a suite for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• A pre-authorisation of £70 on a credit or debit card is required; payable directly to hotel at check-in.
• Includes a 175ml glass of house wine, pint of beer or lager, or spirit & mixer each on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Please note that the restaurant is open Wed - Sat. A limited house menu is available Sun - Tue. 
• Max of 1 child ages 0-11yrs permitted free of charged. Meals will be charged as taken.
• No pets permitted. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
