from check in, to the entering our room, everything was perfect, love especially the Executive longue and we also had an executive room, friendly helpful staff and a good quality breakfast, worth a try. Nice surroundings where you can hang around

We had an itison deal and it was fabulous value for money. 1pm checkin, we were there a bit early but had access to the executive lounge whilst we waited (15min) complementary juice, teas coffee pastries, tunnocks biscuits etc. complimentary Prosecco too. Staff very friendly.
Executive Room really comfy (2 double beds) fridge, safe lovely hand wash. Only disappointment was the lack of drawers and very little hanging space.
Fabulous breakfast (loved the omelette station) and 2pm checkout. Overall brilliant and would highly recommend.
