We certainly enjoy our time at Macdonald Aviemore Highland Resort, a wonderful relaxing time which we usually participate in twice a year. The staff on reception certainly make you feel welcome on arrival which is always a good start. However. Restaurant staff could be a bit more proactive and connect more with the customers I personally feel that the restaurant staff are unable to connect with customers due to their lack of communication skills where they can lay out a table in any restaurant environment anywhere in the world but lack the basic skill of communicating the English language
