• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Dec until Tue 31 Dec, 7 days, 12:30pm - 3pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 15, 22 & 24-27 Dec 2024.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 24 Dec 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Max of 3 vouchers per table.
• Set afternoon tea menu only; subject to change.
• Includes a hot drink plus refill each.
• Includes a glass of fizz each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 1hr 30mins.
• Vegan, halal and gluten-free options are available at a supplementary charge of £3pp. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
