Again had to use our voucher for another funeral and added a second night in order to organise family arrangements. Staff are so kind and helpful when you are in this stressful situation. Concierge John as usual was invaluable and caring as was the night concierge last time in September. Both amazing guys who deliver a gold standard level of care to the guests! Hopefully next visit we can enjoy a more relaxing stay in our favourite hotel. Thank you.
