• Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Feb until Thu 30 Apr 2026, 7 days 1pm - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 8, 14, 21 Feb, 15 Mar & 5 Apr 2026. 
• Voucher must be booked at least 48hrs in advance and by Fri 17 Apr 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.  
• Max of 3 vouchers per table. 
• Includes afternoon tea; menu is subject to change.  
• Vegetarian options are available. 
• Dairy / lactose free, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are not available. 
• Option 2: Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
