• Voucher is valid from Thu 22 Jan until Thu 30 Apr, 2026 Mon - Fri 12noon - 3:30pm & Sat - Sun 12.30pm - 3:30pm; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £5pp is required for Saturday bookings; payable directly.
• Excludes 13-15 Feb, 15 Mar & 3-6 Apr 2026. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Apr 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• 2 courses from a set menu; subject to change. Starter and main only; desserts can be added for a supplementary cost; payable directly.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Table required back after 90mins.
• Includes leisure access. Please note that robes and slippers are not included.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
