Returned here after visiting last year. Location is perfect for bars, restaurants, train and bus services. We had a suite and it was extremely clean. I’m not usually keen on breakfasts at hotels but this one is the best I have ever had. Plenty to choose from and was delivered to your table promptly. The tables were cleared immediately people left and the staff were both efficient and friendly. Would stay here again any time I’m visiting Fort William.

The room was okay. Quite small with no fridge and a poor outlook at the back, however the staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had and we’ve stayed in some fabulous hotels over the years. The location was fabulous. Close to all the bars, restaurants and the pier. We had a fabulous weekend
