• Voucher is valid until Fri 29 Jul 2022, Mon - Fri 11.30am, 1.30pm and 3pm only; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sat - Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Jul 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Over 18s only. 
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 3 per group; subject to availability.
• Thermal experience is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Not suitable for those with high blood pressure.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. 
• Thermal experience duration: approx. 90 minutes.
• Includes access to the Vitality Pool & Hydrotherapy Pool, Sauna, Saunarium, Steam Room, Tepidarium, Laconium and ice fountain.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
