• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Jul until Tue 30 Sep 2025; subject to availability.
• Option 1: Valid Tue - Thu at 9:30am, 10:40am, 12:40pm, 1:50pm & 3pm. Excludes Fri - Mon.
• Option 2: Valid Mon - Fri at 9:30am & 12:40pm. Excludes Sat - Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 12 Sep 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only. 
• Option 1: Max of 4 vouchers per group booking; subject to availability.
• Option 2: Max of 2 vouchers per group booking; subject to availability.
• Includes access to the Vitality Pool & Hydrotherapy Pool, Sauna, Saunarium, Steam Room, Tepidarium, snow room, salt room and ice fountain.
• Includes afternoon tea; menu subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise at time of booking. 
• Option 1: Includes a glass of Prosecco. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Option 1: Duration: approx. 120 minutes. 
• Option 2: Duration approx. 150 minutes. Includes 30min seaweed bath.
• Not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Not suitable for those with high blood pressure.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
