Great relaxing experience

It was very relaxing and tranquil. All of the experience rooms weren't crowded and everything was very clean and hygienic. The 2 things I would improve is the snow room & the water. The snow room was unfortunately out of order when we visited and it would provide a nice cool down experience after all of the hot experiences. The drinking water was tepid where I would've much preferred an option for ice cold water.
Other than those 2 small improvements, this experience was perfect. -

Pure luxury from stepping in the door. Facilities, staff, food all brilliant. Thoroughly enjoyed and can’t wait to return.
