• Voucher is valid until Fri 28 Feb 2025, 7 days at 10am - 3.30pm; subject to availability. Options for Mon - Fri & Sat - Sun can be viewed at checkout.
• Excludes 23 Dec 2024 - 2 Jan 2025.
• Additional times may be available on select days, please enquire when booking.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 6 Feb 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone or email bookings only. Guests will be sent a guest intake form once they have booked. This must be completed in advance of the activity taking place. If the form is not completed and signed, the activity cannot take place and your voucher will be forfeited.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Lead rein session: Suitable for ages 4+. Duration approx. 30 m
• Estate trek: Suitable for ages 5+. Prior experience is required for children under 8 years.  Duration approx. 60 mins. 
• Estate trek can be upgraded to a beach trek for a supplementary charge of £25pp. Rider must be at an intermediate level. Suitable for ages 14+. Payable directly.
• Max of 4 people per group/activity. 
• Max weight - 22 stone. Horse riding requires a reasonable level of fitness and the ability to mount and dismount a horse safely. If you have any concerns please discuss this with the venue in advance of booking.
• Long trousers and adequate clothing for the weather must be worn. Boots, hats and back protectors are provided.
• Weather dependent.
• Meeting point: The Stables at Turnberry.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
