• Voucher is valid from Thu 1 May until Thu 31 Jul 2025, 7 days, 10am - 7pm; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £30pp is required for Fri - Sun bookings; payable direct.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 17 Jul 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.
• Hydrotherapy bath not suitable during pregnancy.
• Massage is not suitable during the first trimester of pregnancy.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa.
• Options 1 & 2: Includes Hydrotherapy bath experience; duration: approx. 25mins.
• Option 2: Includes afternoon tea. Served in the 1906 Restaurant Fri - Mon and in the Spa Foyer Tue - Thu. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 
• Option 3: Includes choice of 2 x 25min treatments
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
