• Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2025 until Fri 28 Feb 2025, 7 days, 9am - 7pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes  28 - 30 Jan 2025. 
• A supplementary charge of £25pp is required for Friday, Saturday or Sunday bookings; payable direct.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Feb 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.
• Hydrotherapy bath not suitable during pregnancy.
• Massage is not suitable during the first trimester of pregnancy.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa.
• Includes choice of 2 x 25min treatments.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
