Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Mon - Sat 12noon - 4pm and Sun 12.30pm - 4pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 20 - 31 Jan, 1 - 6, 12 - 14 Feb and 26 - 27 Mar 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 10 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 3 per person.
• Max of 3 vouchers per table.
• Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.
• No vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options available. 
• A glass of fizz can be purchased on the day, £5 per glass; payable directly to restaurant.
• Table required back after 2 hours. Please note all tables are required back by 5pm.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
