• Voucher is valid from Mon 9 Jun until Mon 8 Sep 2025; subject to availability. 
• Options 1 & 2: Valid Mon 12noon - 10pm, Wed 9:30am - 10pm, Thu - Fri 12noon - 9pm, Sat - Sun 10am - 6pm. Excludes Tuesdays.
• Option 3: Valid Sundays only, 3pm or 3:30pm sessions. Excludes Mon - Sat.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 25 Aug 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Phone or email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Option 1 & 2: Suitable for ages 5+. Under 18s must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Option 1: Includes entry to bouldering centre with no time limit. Valid for 2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children. Shoe hire included.
• Option 2: Includes 1hr session with instructor. Valid for up to six people (adults or children). Must have at least one over 18 per group.
• Option 3: Suitable for ages 14+. Under 18s must be supervised by an adult, or permission form filled out by adult on arrival to climb unsupervised. Valid for 2 sessions, duration 3hrs per session.
• Please wear comfortable, athletic clothing and avoid loose or baggy clothing. Please remove jewellery before climbing.
• No wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
