- Voucher is valid from Fri 2 Jan 2026 until Thu 30 Apr 2026, Mon 12noon - 10pm, Wed 9:30am - 10pm, Thu-Fri 12noon - 9pm, Sat - Sun 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.
- Excludes Tuesdays & 3-18 Apr 2026.
- Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Apr 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
- Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
- Children are classed as ages 17 and under.
- Options 1-5: Suitable for ages 5+. Under 18s must be supervised by an adult at all times. Includes entry to bouldering centre with no time limit. Shoe hire included.
- Option 5: Valid for 2 adults and 2 children.
- Option 6: Suitable for ages 5+. Under 18s must be supervised by an adult, or permission form filled out by adult on arrival to climb unsupervised.
- 1 adult can supervise up to 2 children.
- Please wear comfortable, athletic clothing and avoid loose or baggy clothing. Please remove jewellery before climbing.
- No wheelchair access available.
- A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
- Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
