• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Nov 2025 until Fri 31 Jul 2026; subject to availability.
• Nov - Mar: Valid Sat - Sun 10am - 4pm. Excludes Mon - Fri & 20 Dec 2025 - 2 Jan 2026.
• Apr - Jul: Valid Fri - Mon 9am - 5pm. Excludes Tue - Thu. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Jul 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking; changes can be made within the 7 days for a supplementary charge of £30 per person. Only one change permitted.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Juniors are classed as ages 12 - 14 yrs, youth as ages 15 - 17 yrs and adults as 18+.
• All junior and youth experiences must include an adult passenger over the age of 18 in the vehicle.
• Junior, youth and adult taster sessions: Duration: approx. 20-30 mins per person behind the wheel.
• Adult sessions: Duration: approx. 40 mins behind the wheel. Additional adult passengers can be purchased for a supplementary charge of £30 per person; payable directly to Action Adventure Activities.
• Maximum 3 people per vehicle.
• Please note, passengers do not get to drive.
• Activity is not suitable during pregnancy. 
• Meeting point: Action Adventure Activities, Easter Hill Farm, Gartmore, Stirlingshire, FK8 3SA.
• Please note the 4x4, 4x4 taster, youth 4x4 & junior 4x4 are different sessions to each other and are run over different trails & terrain.
• Due to the rural location, purchase of this voucher is not recommended for anybody travelling via public transport.
• Moderate level of fitness is required for participation.
• Minimum height: 5ft.
• Please discuss any health concerns or advise of any injuries directly with Action Adventure Activities when booking.
• No wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
