• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr until Tue 30 Jun 2026, Mon - Fri 9am - 8pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sat - Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 16 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone or email bookings only. Online bookings will not be accepted.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Voucher is valid for new customers only; not valid on existing bookings. 
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted. Max of 1 voucher per person.
• Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with clinic.
• Treatment duration: approx. 60 mins inc consultation.
• Please ring bell on arrival and wait until taken into treatment room; reception may be unmanned.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
