• Valid Mon- Fri: Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Jan 2023 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, Mon - Fri 12.30pm - 4.30pm. Excludes Sat - Sun.
• Valid Sat - Sun: Voucher is valid from Sat 7 Jan 2023 until Sun 26 Mar 2023, Sat - Sun 12.30pm - 4.30pm. Excludes Mon - Fri.
• Bookings are subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 8 people/ 4 vouchers per table.
• Afternoon tea only with a choice of tea or coffee each plus one refill. Menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Table required back after 1hr 30mins.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
