Small print

• Voucher is valid Sat 1 Oct 2022 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, Mon - Sat 1pm - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays, 24 - 26, 31 Dec 2022, 1 Jan, 14 Feb and 19 Mar 2023.
• Voucher must be booked at least 12hrs in advance and by Fri 10 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Afternoon tea with tea and coffee. Menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Option 2: Includes 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
