Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 4 Jan 2023 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, Mon - Fri 2pm - 5pm and Sat - Sun 3pm - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Only groups of even numbers can be accommodated.
• Afternoon tea set menu. Menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Option 1: Includes a hot drink each.
• Option 2: Includes a hot drink and a glass of fizz each.
• Option 3: Includes a hot drink, glass of fizz each and an earl grey iced tea cocktail to share.
• Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 2 hours. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
