• Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2025 until Fri 28 Mar 2025, Tue-Wed 9.30am-5.30pm, Thu 9.30am-6.30pm, Fri 9am-5pm and Sat 9am-4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sun-Mon.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Phone bookings only. Online bookings will not be accepted.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Not valid for any existing pre-booked appointments or with any existing loyalty offers.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Valid with a level 1 stylist only.
• Option 1: Treatment duration approx. 30mins.
• Option 2 & 3: Treatment duration approx. 60mins.
• Option 4: Treatment duration approx. 90mins.
• Option 5: Treatment duration approx. 120 mins. You must have a patch test and consultation 48 hours before your appointment. Under 16s must have parental permission.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
