- Valid until Fri 1 May 2026, Mon 11.30am - 8pm, Thu 1pm - 8pm, Fri - Sun 10am - 8pm; subject to availability.
- Excludes Tue-Wed.
- Vouchers must be booked by Fri 17 Apr 2026.
- Online bookings only.
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. You may reschedule within 24 hours of your booking for a £9.99 rescheduling fee.
- Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 3 per person.
- Float therapy sessions: Floatation tanks can accommodate one person at a time. Two tanks are available at this venue.
- Option 2: Can be used by one person on multiple visits, or by multiple people.
- Over 16's only. Under 18's must be supervised by a legal guardian.
- Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.
- Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
- If you are unsure if you can participate please check the venue's FAQs for Float Therapy Sessions and Sauna & Plunge. Please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa.
- Treatment duration: approx. 60 mins.
- Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
- No wheelchair access available. Venue is lower ground with stairs to access.
- A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
- Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
- Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
