Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 27 Dec 2025 until Tue 30 Jun 2026, Mon, Wed & Fri at 10am, 11am, 1pm, 2pm or 3pm, Sun 2pm and 3pm. 
• Excludes Tues, Thu & Sat and 30 Mar - 10 Apr 2026. 
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 16 Jun 2026.
• Available slots can be viewed online and are subject to availability.
• All vouchers must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.
• Duration approx. 1hr
• Max of 5 people per group. 
• Trek will be included weather permitting. If weather is unsuitable for walking, the full hour will be spent with the alpacas in their enclosure.
• Alpaca food can be purchased on the day for a supplementary charge; payable directly.
• Please dress in outdoor clothing suitable for a farm and weather appropriate.
• Limited wheelchair access available; please contact host directly. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
