• Voucher is valid from Wed 9 Oct until Fri 25 Oct 2024, Mon-Fri at 11am, 1pm & 3pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 12-13 & 19-20 Oct 2024.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 21 Oct 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Option 1: Valid for 1 adult and 1 child.
• Option 2: Valid for 2 adults and 2 children.
• Suitable for ages all ages. Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult. 
• Duration approx. 1hr. 
• Alpaca walks are weather dependent but time will be spent with alpacas in the barn if the walk can't go ahead.
• No wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.   
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
