• Voucher is valid from Mon 22 Jun until Wed 30 Sep 2026, Mon - Fri 12noon - 9pm & Sat - Sun 9am - 6pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sep 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Over 18s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatments are not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• High frequency facial: Duration approx. 45mins.
• Skin tightening body treatment: Duration approx. 45 mins.
• Ultrasonic cavitation body treatment: Duration approx. 55mins.
•  EMS SCULPT body treatment: Duration approx. 30 mins.
• Treatment times are approximate and based on the size of the area targeted.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
