Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 30 Mar until Sat 20 Jun 2026, Sun - Thu 12noon - 9pm, Fri - Sat 12noon - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked at least 2 hours in advance and by Fri 12 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Max of 8 vouchers per table. 
• Includes 2 courses each from a set menu; subject to change.
• Excludes buffalo mozzarella and Parma ham pizza toppings.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available.
• Option 1: Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Option 2: Includes a bottle of house wine to share. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 1 hour 45 minutes. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
