• Voucher is valid from Mon 18 May until Mon 31 Aug 2026, Mon - Thu, 9am - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Fri - Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 18 Aug 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Over 16's only. 
• Japanese head spa: Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• All other options: Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatments are not suitable during first trimester pregnancy. Some treatments may not be suitable during second & third trimester pregnancy/breastfeeding or cancer sufferers and those in remission.  Please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes 1 x 30 minute treatments. Choice of: back, neck & shoulder massage, express facial, signature Indian head massage or salt & oil scrub.
• Option 4 & 5: Includes 2 x 30 minute treatments or 1 x 60 minute treatment. Choice of: 30 minute treatments - back, neck & shoulder massage, express facial, signature Indian head massage or salt & oil scrub; 60 minute treatments - full body massage, hot poultice massage, facial or Himalayan salt stone massage.
• Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 90 mins.
• Options 2 - 5: Includes leisure access. Treatment duration: approx. 30 mins each.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Consultation and aftercare advice are included in the treatment time. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment time to guarantee that your treatment begins on time and to allow you to update your wellness questionnaire.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
