• Voucher is valid from Mon 6 Apr until Fri 10 Jul 2026; subject to availability. 
• Pamper packages for one: Valid Mon 9am - 8pm, Tue - Thu 9am - 5pm, Fri 10am - 8pm. Excludes Sat - Sun. 
• Ultimate duo pamper experience: Valid Mon - Wed 10am - 5pm. Excludes Thu - Sun. 
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 24 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).  
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Over 16s only. 
• Vouchers are valid for new customers only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time (excluding couples / duo treatments). 
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.  Please discuss any health concerns directly with clinic. 
• Treatment duration: approx. 60mins (2 x 30mins) OR 90mins (3 x 30mins).
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
