Small print

• Kids arts and crafts class: Voucher is valid from Sat 20 Apr 2024 until Sat 25 May 2024, Saturdays at 10am; subject to availability.
• Parent and child sewing class: Voucher is valid on 19 May or 22 Jun only at 12noon; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 May 2024 (we don't want you to miss out!).
• Phone bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Arts and crafts: Valid for one child. Suitable for ages 5-8. Duration approx. 1hr. Max of 16 per class. Children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the workshop.
• Sewing class: Valid for one adult (18+) and one child (8+). Duration approx. 3hrs 30mins. Max of 8 parent & child spaces per class.
• Limited wheelchair access available; please note a small step is required to enter the venue.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
