• Voucher is valid from Mon 6 Oct 2025 until Mon 30 Mar 2026; subject to availability.
• Standard pottery painting: Valid Mon 12noon - 4pm, Wed & Fri 10am - 4.30pm, Thu 10am - 1pm, Sat 12noon - 5pm. Excludes Tue & Sun.
• BYOB pottery painting: Valid Fridays at 6:30pm. Excludes Sat - Thu.
• All vouchers exclude 25 Dec 2025 - 5 Jan 2026. 
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Mar 2026 (we don't want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Suitable for ages 18+.
• Duration: approx. 2hrs.
• Max of 20 people per session.
• Includes a ceramic from choice of mug, butterfly, cat, small t-rex and duck; available ceramics subject to change.
• Includes clear glaze. Coloured glaze can be added for a supplementary charge of £10pp; payable directly.

• Limited wheelchair access available; please note a small step is required to enter the venue.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
